To determine the value of coagulation indicators: D-dimer (DD), prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin (APTT), thrombin (TT), in predicting severity and prognosis COVID-19. Around 150 patients with confirmed COVID-19 disease, who were admitted at Rajarajeswari Medical College Hospital, Bangalore between April 15 2021 July 15, 2021, included study. The changes D-Dimer, PT, APTT tested, correlation with, clinical classifications, demographics, CT imaging, vaccination status against observed. Coagulation disorder occurred early stage infection, a total observed, 109 (72.66%, St. deviation 4.26) having DD increased admission 148 (98.66%) profile. levels profile correlated classification also status. Among 41(27.33%) died, 31(20.66%) had first lab test, 40 (26.66%) on fifth day tests. results shows that is raised severe category infection. Also high (severe, score>15) 71(47.33%) admission.
